While the sun doesn’t send a bill, unfortunately it doesn’t shine enough every day to cover the demand for heat and electricity with a photovoltaic system alone, especially in winter. How this problem can be solved with the help of hydrogen solutions from ostermeier H2ydrogen Solutions (OHS) was featured on TV Ingolstadt at the beginning of March.
The report particularly emphasized that ostermeier H2ydrogen Solutions, with its already implemented systems, proves that locally produced hydrogen is no longer just a theoretical model, but is already being put into practice.
As part of the Bavarian Energy Transition Team, OHS is committed to ensuring that the use of hydrogen on a small, decentralized scale also becomes more of a focus in Bavaria. While the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia already offers generous subsidies in this area, Bavaria could take an important step towards local hydrogen supply with targeted incentives, especially for agriculture. In his contribution, Dr. Markus Ostermeier therefore emphasized once again that it is now also up to politicians to provide a decisive impetus through targeted funding programmes so that citizens in Bavaria can also become energy self-sufficient.
